These terms apply when you use turkishhoney.in or buy from Turkish Honey. The website and store are operated by Woodera In, Malappuram, Kerala, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. Our products are not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

About our products

Turkish macun (Turkey Jam) is a food product made with honey and herbs. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the label and the cautions on our website before use, and consult a doctor if you have any health condition or take regular medicines. You are responsible for checking that the product is suitable for you.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
• Prices and offers may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
• You can pay by UPI/online or by Cash on Delivery where available.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we confirm it on WhatsApp or phone. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, details are incomplete, or the order appears fraudulent. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver across India through courier partners. Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary by location. Please check the parcel on delivery and report any damage as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel without a valid reason may lead us to accept only prepaid orders from you in future.

Website use

Please do not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use. The Turkish Honey name, logo, text and design on this website belong to Woodera In. Product brand names and packaging belong to their respective manufacturers.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Malappuram, Kerala.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
