Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal details Turkish Honey (Woodera In, Malappuram, Kerala) collects when you use turkishhoney.in or order from us, why we need them, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Order and delivery details: your name, mobile number, delivery address, landmark, pincode, city and state.
• Order information: the products you buy, the amount, and whether you pay by UPI/online or Cash on Delivery.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email about your order.

We do not ask for or store card numbers or UPI PINs. When online payments are added, they will be handled by a licensed payment provider, not by us.

Why we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order and to collect Cash on Delivery payments.
• To send order updates such as confirmation, shipping and tracking.
• To answer your questions and handle returns or refunds.
• To keep invoices and records that tax and accounting laws require.

We will not send you marketing messages unless you agree to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to deliver your order: courier partners receive your name, phone number and address, and payment providers receive what they need to process a payment. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. We never sell or rent your personal details.

Saved on your device

Our website remembers your cart, and your delivery details if you tick “Remember my details on this device”, in your own browser's storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place an order. You can untick the box or clear your browser data to remove it. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and other details only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them (except records we must keep by law). You can also withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request or raise a complaint, contact us using the details below. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Discreet delivery

Orders ship in plain outer packaging, and we do not discuss your order with anyone other than you.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
